Nicole is an experienced executive specializing in organizational and talent development, facilitation and business development. In her previous role as Regional Vice President with LHC Group, Inc., Nicole led a team of professional across two states. Nicole has also consulted for Yieldmo in New York City to provide career coaching to employees during workforce reductions. As Director of MidHudson Regional Licensed Home Care, Inc., Nicole oversaw the daily operation of this growing healthcare agency. Formerly, as Director of Development with the American Red Cross of Dutchess County she was responsible for all public relations, marketing, fundraising, grant writing and special events. Prior to this position, Nicole held a primary role in the Business Development division of the Culinary Institute of America.

As a native of Dutchess County, NY, Nicole has been actively involved in her community for many years, serving on the boards of  Poughkeepsie-Arlington Rotary Club, Bridgeway Federal Credit Union, and Family Services, the Women’s Leadership Alliance of the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce, and the Council on Addiction Prevention and Education. Nicole also has written monthly columns for the Hudson Valley Business Journal and the Southern Dutchess News.

She is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Marist College with a BS and MA in Communications and Organizational Development and Leadership.
