Presenters

Filomena Fanelli is the CEO and founder of Impact PR & Communications, an award-winning public relations firm that was named the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Woman-Owned Business of the Year in the New York Metro District in 2024. She has been a Dutchess County resident all of her life and a PR leader for more than two decades. Most recently, she was one of 50 women honored by City & State at its Above & Beyond: Women Awards. Kayla Hannemann is a Senior Account Executive at Impact PR & Communications, where she advises nonprofit, banking and finance, and professional service organizations. She has led workshops on marketing, social media and PR for the Women’s Enterprise Development Center and co-presented workshops for Dutchess Tourism, Warwick Valley Chamber of Commerce, and the United Way of the Dutchess-Orange Region.
