The Community Foundations of the Hudson Valley is now accepting 2026 Community Grants applications through our portal. Letters of Inquiry are no longer required. Before our applying, please join us for a webinar to learn about our streamlined process.
With support from generous donors, our Community Grants invest in the strength and sustainability of nonprofits throughout the region. Beginning in 2026, the program will introduce priority focus areas, which have been identified through our Voices of The Hudson Valley report:
- Early Childhood Education/Child Care
- Food Security/Hunger
- Housing & Shelter
- Mental Health
- Transportation
Please note that some application deadlines are August 15.
