Raised in Dutchess County, Benjamin Krevolin served as the Director of Development for Mohonk Preserve in Ulster County and the Shelburne Museum in Vermont following a tenure as Chief Advancement Officer for Bard Graduate Center. At Vassar College, he was a member of the leadership gifts team working with exceptional volunteers raising support for scholarships, faculty research, capital projects, and operations. Benjamin also worked with Vassar’s Frances Lehman Loeb Art Center, building financial resources as well as expanding the permanent collection through gifts of art. Prior to working in higher education, Bejamin was President of Arts Mid-Hudson. During his time there he oversaw a united arts fund, awarded grants, provided technical assistance to communities and organizations throughout the region, and led advocacy efforts in Albany and Washington DC.
Krevolin received a BA from Vassar College and went on to receive a post-graduate diploma from the Juilliard School of Drama. As a freelance theater artist, Benjamin has worked on the premieres of plays and musicals in the US and Europe. He has published articles in Modern Magazine and the Huffington Post and wrote an arts column for the Poughkeepsie Journal. He has served on the boards of the Dutchess Regional Chamber of Commerce, Vassar Temple, and Half-Moon Theater
