July 2026 — The Community Foundations of the Hudson Valley is now accepting applications for our 2026 grant opportunities. Please join us for one of our upcoming webinars to learn more about the application process, eligibility, and required materials. Please note that some applications are due by August 15.

LIFT Bridge Loan Applications Open
May 2026 — Nonprofits serving Dutchess, Ulster, and Putnam Counties can now apply for the LIFT Bridge Loan Program, a new pilot initiative from the Community Foundations of the Hudson Valley, in partnership with Ulster Savings Bank. LIFT offers low‑interest, short‑term bridge loans of up to $50,000 to help nonprofits manage cash‑flow gaps caused by reimbursement‑based contracts or delayed grant payments.
