Rebecca joined CFHV in March 2025 and is responsible for leading operational strategies at CFHV. With over 20 years of experience in nonprofit management, her diverse skill set includes problem-solving, data analysis, and operational efficiency. Prior to joining CFHV, Rebecca advanced community development efforts at the Cypress Hills Local Community Development Corporation in Brooklyn. She honed her fundraising abilities at the International Gay and Lesbian Human Rights Commission and expanded her human resources and operations expertise at Middle Collegiate Church in New York City. At the Fisher Center for Alzheimer’s Research Foundation, she implemented project management tools to enhance efficiency and foster collaboration across departments. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts in Women’s Studies from Hamilton College and a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management from New School University’s Milano Graduate School. She is also SHRM-CP certified. In her free time, Rebecca volunteers with various nonprofit organizations and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Foundation for Beacon Schools, Inc.
