Kathy and Rich Carroll Scholarship Fund for First Responders
This scholarship was established by the Carrolls in 2024 to fulfill Rich’s perceived obligation to pay back for the honor of a career in the Fire Service. It is hopeful that any student who is a recipient of this incentive will find the same satisfaction that Rich received in the very necessary and rewarding field of helping others in their communities.
