The Joseph H. Gellert Scholarship is awarded to a resident of Dutchess County who is currently enrolled at or accepted to an accredited law school. The Honorable Joseph H. Gellert  was an important member of the Dutchess County legal community and this scholarship was established by his family and supplemented by the community to honor his legacy.
