Since taking the helm as President and CEO of CFHV in February 2024, Washington has demonstrated a clear strategic vision for the organization. Under her guidance, CFHV has prioritized building authentic connections with constituents across Dutchess, Ulster, and Putnam counties. Through the Community Conversation Series, Washington has engaged local leaders, nonprofits, donors, and residents to gain insight into the unique needs and aspirations of the communities served.
