This role will act as a key liaison for CFHV’s Board of Directors, its associated committees, advisory committees, and supporting organizations, ensuring streamlined communication and coordination. Community Foundations of the Hudson Valley (CFHV) seeks a strategic, values-driven Director of Operations to lead our operational and HR functions with an emphasis on integrity, efficiency, and organizational health. This new role is critical to implementing strategic initiatives, optimizing daily operations, and fostering a professional, collaborative work environment. The Director will work closely with a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) to manage HR functions, ensuring that CFHV’s policies and culture align with our mission and goals. The director will also create, implement, and monitor the financial aspects of our new supporting organization.

CFHV seeks a skilled and dynamic Marketing and Communications Associate to join our fast-paced team. This individual will play a pivotal role, with a focus on creating compelling content, managing social media channels, and assisting with successful marketing campaigns and other communications efforts. The ideal candidate will be a precise writer with proven expertise in content creation across multiple platforms and will adapt communications to fit various marketing strategies. The candidate should be well-versed in using social media tools and should have a strong understanding of analytics to track and report on key performance indicators.
