Craig Ruoff is an Executive Vice President at Colliers who specializes in representing nonprofit, healthcare, and office tenants. Known for his deep dive into lease documents and economics, Craig helps mission‑driven organizations reduce occupancy costs, protect operational flexibility, and make confident real estate decisions that support their impact.
L. Danielle Cylich is a senior manager with more than 20 years of experience in operations administration, strategic support, and client development across nonprofit and for-profit organizations. Her work spans cultural, educational, and community institutions, where she has built innovative programs, strengthened fiscal stability, and led systems that support growth. She currently provides client management services for a Member of the Firm at Epstein Becker Green’s Employment, Labor, and Workforce Management practice in New York.
