Rain or shine. The event will be held outside under a covered pavilion. Festive/Garden Party attire but could be chilly & windy, please dress appropriately.
Parking is available in Lot B, with a short walk to the pavilion. Transport can be provided for guests who need assistance getting to the Pavilion.
Check in at the registration table when you arrive to collect your name tag.
