The Community Foundations of the Hudson Valley is a 501(c)(3) that transparently and responsibly manages individual, family, corporate, community and nonprofit funds. Investment Strategy and Returns

Donors may choose from several different investment alternatives for their funds.  Our endowment pool, our socially responsible investment pool, money market fund or CDs.  Funds over $500,000 may use an outside investment adviser.  You can read more on our investment policy statement and investment returns.

Fees

All earnings are posted to funds net of investment fees. The current investment fees range from 35-38 basis points.

The annual administrative fee for the Community Foundation is generally 1% of the fund balance and declines on funds over $1 million. Fees are assessed quarterly and vary based on type of fund established. For more information, please contact us.
