Corey G. Ingram Memorial Scholarship

The Corey G. Ingram Memorial Scholarship was established in honor of beloved hero Corey Ingram. Corey was born and raised in Poughkeepsie, New York. He graduated from Poughkeepsie High School in 2006 before attending Dutchess Community College. After a few semesters at DCC, Corey joined the US Navy where he served for over 8 years before making the ultimate sacrifice in August of 2017.

To honor Corey and give back to the community he loved so dearly, the Ingram family has created this scholarship in his name for Poughkeepsie High School seniors to help them pay for school after graduation. The family hopes this scholarship will help carry on his legacy and may the memories of him live on forever.

The scholarship will be awarded to an individual who will be a student enrolled in 2- and 4-year colleges, universities, or trade schools. It may be used for tuition, books, and fees.
