Apply Now for Education Grants and Scholarships Through Community Foundations of the Hudson Valley

POUGHKEEPSIE, NY – The Community Foundations of the Hudson Valley has opened the online application process for a spring round of more than $385,000 in education grants and scholarships in Dutchess, Putnam and Ulster counties and beyond.

"With hundreds of scholarships and significant grants for laboratory equipment, STEM and writing programs, donors to the Community Foundations of the Hudson Valley continue to improve educational opportunities in the Hudson Valley,” said March S. Gallagher, Esq., President and Chief Executive Officer. “Education grants, field trip grants, scholarships and other gifts to education from our donors’ funds represented nearly a quarter of our fund distributions last year, and we expect a similar trend this year. We also are pleased to add schools in Putnam County to our list of eligible education grant applicants.”
