March Gallagher joined the Community Foundations in September 2015 following a national search. She is responsible for the overall leadership of the Foundations including donor services, grant-making, and care and custody of Foundation assets.

A resident of Rosendale in Ulster County, March is an attorney with degrees from Boston University, Bard College, Rockefeller College and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She comes to the Community Foundations having served most recently as Chief Strategy Officer at Hudson Valley Pattern for Progress, focusing on regional quality of life issues.

Previously, March oversaw economic development activities for Ulster County as Director of Business Services and Deputy Director of Planning under Ulster County Executive Mike Hein. She has served on the boards of the Mid-Hudson Regional Economic Development Council, Hudson Valley Economic Development Corporation, Hudson Valley Regional Council, Ulster County Development Corporation, Ulster County Workforce Investment Board and Ulster County Industrial Development Agency, which she chaired during 2006 and 2007. She is a current board member with the Hudson Valley Agribusiness Development Corporation and Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine - Middletown.

Sally Cross joined the Foundations in May 2014. Sally is responsible for marketing the Foundation’s gift planning, investment management and charitable fund options to attorneys, financial advisors, accountants, brokers and others who work regularly with potential donors in the area of estate and financial planning. She also works directly with active and prospective donors to encourage and facilitate current and future gifts, and serves as a planned giving resource to donors, professional advisors and nonprofit fund advisors.
 
Sally comes to the Community Foundations from Montefiore Medical Center, where she served as Director of Major Gifts and Gift Planning. Prior to that, she served as the Director of Development and Alumni Relations at SUNY New Paltz and Executive Director of the College’s Foundation from 2001-2012. She has worked as a development professional at Portland State University’s College of Engineering and Computer Science, in Portland, Oregon, and for a variety of Oregon non-profits.
 
Sally is a board member of the Hudson Valley Estate Planning Council.  She has also served as a volunteer board member for a variety of nonprofits in the Hudson Valley, including the Association of Fundraising Professionals, the New Paltz Regional Chamber of Commerce and Chamber Foundation, the Ulster County Historical Society, and the Wallkill Valley Rail Trail Association. She earned her bachelor’s degree at Columbia University’s Barnard College and her Master’s in Public Administration from Portland State University, and is a CFRE (Certified Fund Raising Professional).

Nancy Rossi Brownell

Nancy Rossi Brownell joined the Foundation in 2015 and is responsible for the asset development, marketing and outreach efforts for the Community Foundation of Putnam County.
 
A life-long Hudson Valley resident, Nancy is a native of Putnam County and has served the Community Foundations of the Hudson Valley as a volunteer for ten years. She has spent the last eight years as a member of the Board of Trustees, including 2 years as immediate past Board Chair, during which time she led the President/CEO search committee. Nancy’s prior experience includes service as a regional sales manager for a radiology equipment company, advertising sales consultant, director for a French foreign exchange program and as a broadcast journalist.
 
Nancy brings years of marketing, development, management, public speaking and community foundation experience to her roles as Vice President Putnam and  as a community volunteer. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Vassar Brothers Medical Center Foundation, as Recording Secretary for the Garden Club of Orange and Dutchess, and as Vice President of the Pride Parents Association at Trinity Pawling School. She previously served as Secretary of the Board of Directors for the Powelton Club and as a volunteer with Riverkeeper, The Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival, Manitoga, and what is now Arts Mid-Hudson. She is a member of Professional Women of Putnam.

Nancy holds an undergraduate degree in broadcast journalism from Ithaca College.

Kevin J. Quilty

Kevin J. Quilty joined the Foundation in 2012 and is responsible for the asset development, marketing, and outreach efforts for the Community Foundation of Ulster County.

Kevin was born and raised in Ulster County. He graduated from Kingston High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in history from St. Anselm College in Manchester, NH. From 1977-2011, Kevin owned and operated Smith Mail Advertising Service in Kingston. He also was a partner in the advertising firm of Crews, Quilty, Thompson and Wylde and recently worked as a Business Services Consultant for the Ulster County Development Corporation.
 
Kevin’s community service is extensive. He currently serves as President of the Kingston Uptown Business Association and Vice President of the Business Alliance of Kingston. He is a member and past president of the Kingston Kiwanis Club, Kingston Boys and Girls Club, Friends of Historic Kingston, and the Kingston Mendelssohn Club, and serves on the board of the Chamber of Commerce of Ulster County and the Hudson Valley Senior Residence.

Aliza Krevolin joined the Community Foundations in 2015. She is repsonsible for managing the Foundation's database, processing grants and scholarships, and supporting the CFO.

Aliza previously worked at Generations Incorporated in Boston, MA, where she was the Active Aging Program Manager. Prior to that, Aliza conducted policy research and organized grassroots advocacy at Charles Group Consulting and worked in strategic planning and leadership development at Combined Jewish Philanthropies. Aliza holds a graduate degree in social work from Boston University and a bachelor’s degree in sociology and history from Brandeis University.

Cristin McPeake

Cristin McPeake joined the Community Foundations in March 2014. She is responsible for monitoring individual grant and scholarship funds while working directly with donors to help them achieve their philanthropic goals. 

Cristin previously worked for Rock Solid Foundation in Austin, TX. As their Program Development and Improvement Coordinator she was responsible for developing licensing, contracting and accreditation submissions for start-up child and family service organizations. In addition to policy, procedure and quality improvement process development, she also maintained and developed data management systems for each organization with which she worked.
 
Before her move Texas in 2007, Cristin worked locally as a Quality Improvement Coordinator for The Children’s Home of Poughkeepsie. Cristin was born and raised in the Hudson Valley. She received her bachelor’s degree from Emerson College in Boston, MA.

Roksolana Geramita, CPA, joined the Community Foundations as Chief Financial Officer in 2015. She previously worked at Riverside Bank as Vice President, Auditor for over twenty years. She also has served in municipal Finance Departments. In addition, she is an adjunct instructor in the Business Department at Dutchess Community College.
 
Roksolana holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and Economics from Rutgers University and is member of the Mid-Hudson Chapter of the New York State Society of CPAs.
